In 2005, the Company was granted a Development Loan line by HDMF for the development of its second major housing project in the Bulacan area, known as El Pueblo Del Rio Subdivision Phase III-A. The said project has an area of 7.6-hectares.

In 2007, the Company has started development works for El Pueblo Del Rio Phase III-B. The whole Phase III-B project will cover the remaining 18.7 hectares of El Pueblo Del Rio Subdivision (total area of El Pueblo Del Rio Phase III-A and III-B is 26.3 hectares), which is planned to generate about 1,900 housing units.
